Just what I needed. These brackets are wider than I thought but still work well. Minuses:. The bolt that secures the bracket to the trailer is stupidly long. Will have to replace it with a shorter one.

I have a couple of these for my transfer hitch but the locking pin was on top and difficult to get in and out when hitching and unhitching. They have a locking pin on the front and are easy to install yet secure enough to hold in place.

The units fit and perform reasonably well. The only complaint was the ability to use the handle on the mount. Notice how long the straight arm hangs down, but also notice how close it is to the "inverted V". When a draw tube is used, the draw tube is very close to the chain. This works, but you may have to juggle the pipe to make it pull.

They are good for the price, wish they would offer different sizes to fit different frame rails, although the screw that attaches the bracket to the frame is too long it hits the Battery boxes and the bracket itself is too wide. I ended up using shorter bolts and welded the top and sides of the bracket to the trailer frame.

I bought a used weight distribution hitch and it didn't have these brackets. These Husky mounts looked like they would fit my hitch perfectly and the price was the lowest I could find. As soon as I received them I noticed that they were very heavy (okay) and felt solid. After I installed and screwed them on, they worked great with my drawbars.

Yesterday (8/2/21) I received my HUSKY TOWING 31260 chain lift kit for my 27ft camper trailer. The two lift arms are solid and work well with the leveling bars and chains I already had. They are simply placed on top of the trailer tongue, then a half inch screw (supplied with each bracket) is screwed in to secure them to the tongue frame itself. My trailer frame rails are two inches wide and the half inch bolt is four inches long. Too long. I removed the 4" bolt and replaced it with a 1-3/4"…
