Max Temperature: 220C, Max Pressure: 3Mpa, Heating/Cooling Rate: 5 C/min, Material: 304 Stainless Steel, Chamber: PTFE/Teflon. ENSURE SAFETY: PTFE lining can bear high temperature and high pressure, corrosion resistance, almost insoluble in all solvents, physical inert. The pressure seal is between PTFE cover and body of the reactor chamber. And these thick-walled 304 stainless steel cylinders with a strong thread. EXPERIMENTAL USE: Hydrothermal synthesis reactor is a closed container which can decompose insoluble matter and can be used in the determination of heavy metals such as lead, copper, cadmium, zinc, calcium, manganese, iron and mercury. It can also be used as a kind of high temperature resistant High purity reaction vessels, as well as organic synthesis, hydrothermal synthesis, crystal growth or sample digestion and extraction. REPLACEABLE VESSEL: You can buy replacement lining in our shop. We have PTFE lining (asin: B00LQ1GUHY) and PPL lining (asin: B076B9RDP1) to choose from. CUSTOMIZABLE: In addition to the above models, we have 10ml and 15ml can be customized according to user needs, and reactor that can add hydrogen gas and withstand higher temperature and pressure.

Well done, cheap. Worked great.

A very well built and inexpensive hydrothermal reactor. I tested it with water at 220C for >24 hours, worked great. Used for supercritical solvent extraction with polar solvents compatible with PTFE, excellent performance.

Inexpensive closed vessel with some modifications

Feature: I have this Tested the jar for leaks by filling it with 20ml of water and leaving it overnight at a temperature of 150 degrees. C (above the boiling point of water). Weighing the vessel before and after showed a decrease of only 0.1%. Conclusion: narrow. Shape: The threads in the metal screw cap need some deburring; We also put Teflon tape on the piston threads to prevent clogging after high temperature use.
