Liked it very much, but could be improved slightly

So far the bike has held up quite nicely and I used it for a unique moose hunt that allowed bikes to be used on the land for access. So essentially I used this for 30 days straight to haul gear, food, and supplies into and out of the area. Held up nicely. I did like the rain cover it came with the couple times it poured. I also like the plastic "map/phone holder” it comes with but could be greatly improved by simply widening it and adding a Velcro or snap to enclose it and keep things from…

Love that the top of the bag features a clear .

I bought five handlebar bags in preparation for an 800+ mile cycling trip down the New England coast. The quality and durability of this bag was well above those of the rest (which I ended up returning). The bracket system securely attaches the bag to the bike, yet you are able to unclip the bag at your leisure should you need to carry it around with you. The bag fit snugly between my handlebar cables.could have used a little more room for the cables but I was able to adjust and make it work (I

Broke on the 3rd or 4th ride

I bought this bag, mounted it on the bike (super-easy, super-secure), and went for a ride. I liked the bag so much that I ordered a second one for my wife. While we were waiting for the second one, the first bag broke catastrophically (see photos) on the third ride, in the same way that other reviewers here have had this type of bag fail (see other people's photos). The second bag duly arrived. I used it as replacement for the first bag, intending to buy a third one if it worked out well…

Excellent bag for cameras

I bought this for a multi day bicycle trip along flat canal paths. My Olympus EM1 mirrorless camera fit perfectly with a 12-100 lens (approx 2.5-3 lb). This bag allowed me to safely carry it in a way that it was still easily accessible. It's well made and easy to mount & unmount. There is a removable shoulder strap for the times I needed to leave my bike and take the bag with me. And the handy rain cover fits conveniently into one of the side pockets when not in use. I know that I took many…

Move the hinge pin to enlarge bracket!

Update: 5-16-19 I loved this bag so much that I kept coming back to it on amazon and looking at the photos of the bracket trying to figure out how I could make it work. While pining away for it, I read another review that mentioned that to fit it on larger handlebars you have to remove the hinge pin and put it in the hole to expand the bracket. I reordered and viola! Once I moved the hinge pin, it fit my Trek Lexa perfectly! Unfortunately this is not mentioned anywhere in the instructions as an

I liked this bag best in my review

I liked this bag, it fit the needs I had in mind. In the main compartment it will hold my wallet, keys, phone and a snack bar or two. The clear pocket on top could hold a trail map or the phone. The side pockets are good for a few accessories, like bandages, lip balm, etc. Installation was easy with a hex wrench and the bag clicks on and off with no issues. At first, I thought the bag would get in the way of the brake cables, but there was no issue there. For me, it is a good size, any bigger…

Love it, just needs one more zipper

It’s great but 2 notes: First make sure if you have a thicker handle bar you know you can adjust the hinge and make it bigger by removing the pin on the clamp. Second is the map pocket on top has no closure so if you put your phone there and lean your bike it will fall out. I’m adding Velcro to mine to solve the problem but a zipper on the map pouch would have been ideal.

The best bicycle bag ever

I wish I could give this bag 10 stars. Whoever designed this system obviously rides often and had the normal issues alot of us have.I wanted a good bag with a good zipper and a couple side pockets, that was large enough to carry my camera and a few other items, but I didn't need anything for a drink bottle. I wanted a good mounting system where the bag didn't flop around, and I could remove it easily. This bag has those features and more. The mount goes on the handlebars itself, and is…

Very happy with this bag

I purchased this handlebar bag because it is the _only_ one I could find anywhere with a metal bracket that goes under the stem to prevent the bag from rotating forward. Some have "safety" wires that are supposed to do this same job but this has a simple metal bracket that does the job much cleaner, simpler, and stronger.I used this as my camera bag with a Nikon D7500 and DX 16-80mm f2.8-4.0 lens on a 5 day 170 mile ride that included one all day rain. The rain cover was effective on that day…
