The ease of use, how simple it is for patients to access their medical records online, especially when they are using mobile devices such as an iPad! The ability of being able to see all your patient information in one place is fantastic! It makes it very easy when you are trying to find something that has been missed, but also allows us as clinicians an opportunity too look back at our past workflows/tasks without having to go through each chart individually (which would take forever). The interface is very easy, it's user friendly in every sense of that word! It has all you need at your fingertips when trying get reimbursed by CMS/Medicare through their Open Enrollment process (OE). There are many options available within this software as well which makes navigating difficult sometimes if not used often enough with other providers who use different platforms like Epic & NextGen etc... The most helpful feature is that it has an excellent search function, which allows you to find patient information quickly! You can't customize certain sections of this software such as your discharge summary page; there are just too many options when creating one at first glance (which makes sense since they want new patients).
