iCMMS - My overall opinion of icmms

I like that iCMMS lets me see in real time who is scheduled to work on what equipment. I don't like that it is not as intuitive as it could be. I also don't like that it doesn't have an option to have a "one time" or "regular" work order. I need a way to create a work order that is not a "regular" work order and then be able to schedule the work order for a specific date. I also would like to be able to schedule the work order for a specific time. This would allow me to know who is going to…

Pros
  • I like the ability to see how much work has to be done at any given time and when the work needs to be completed
Cons
  • I don't like the lack of options for scheduling a work order a day in advance or a day in advance

Great Software For Our Maintenance Department

iCMMS is a great tool for our company. It's easy to use and navigate. It is very user friendly and can be used by anyone. The customer service is great and always willing to help. There is nothing that I dislike about this software. I would highly recommend this software to anyone looking for a great tool to manage their maintenance. Excellent User Friendly Software - Easy and Simple

I like that it is easy for my employees to use as well as myself when needed. It's very user friendly which makes using this software seamless! Not much at all really. We have used other programs in the past but they were not user-friendly or simple enough for our personnel to navigate through easily. This program has been excellent so far.   • Easy access, quick response time (when called), helpful support staff..all positive attributes!!!!! Nothing negative thusfar...I would recommend without hesitation if you need maintenance tracking capabilities within your organization!!!!

They are great. The system is so simple and user friendly, and the guys behind it are so helpful! You can easily find answers to any question you may have, and they're always willing to help you no matter how complicated your issue is. Great people who care about their clients and love what they do!
