They are great. The system is so simple and user friendly, and the guys behind it are so helpful! You can easily find answers to any question you may have, and they're always willing to help you no matter how complicated your issue is. Great people who care about their clients and love what they do! I had been looking around at other CMMs, and was impressed with the features they offered, however, when it came time to test them out myself, my main concern was whether or not they were worth using over another CMM. After talking with several of their reps, and getting some hands-on testing done, I decided to give this one a try. And I'm glad I did! In addition to being very affordable (for the level of functionality) as compared to most competitors, there's an abundance of options available for customization; from adding custom fields, creating reports, etc.. So even if you don't want to customize much beyond what they provide, the option exists! Another thing I really like is the way everything works together seamlessly - each module connects directly into the rest of the application via its own API which means you won't ever get lost trying to figure out where things end up once you've finished configuring something.
