We have been looking for a suitable dog door for a long time. i love this one It's heavy, durable, and looks built-in. Not sure about weatherproofing, but a thick vinyl door with a fairly heavy magnet. I'm sure this has already reduced our electricity bill as our (farm) dogs come and go frequently.
