🔥 BH-Motor Johnson Evinrude 4-300HP Ignition Coil 582508/18-5179/183-2508 Replacement Review

I bought this to run a 25hp Johnson outboard, it took a month and the spool stopped working preventing the cylinder from working properly.

set 6 bought in May. The engine began to fail. I ran diagnostics and found that my #4 coil was dead. no spark Switched to the old part and the spark came back.

These coils didn't work on my evinrude 115. I replaced the power supply and coils, but the motor didn't work under load. And indeed, idling almost does not work. What I found is that everything worked as expected with the old coils. If you add one of the new coils (mine takes 4), the motor will not run properly. If you added all 4 coils, the motor just ran bad. After I put the original coils back in, the motor ran great.
