iionLife Review

I love how easy it was for my child to navigate through this website-it's super user friendly! The only thing about ionlife (aside from being able use in multiple languages)is what you see when visiting their site vs clicking 'login'. There are lots of different pages & options so finding where your information might be stored could become confusing at times if new features get added or changed during an upgrade process.- but overall great!! I think most all of the features are useful for me as an individual provider. The "Get Well Soon" feature makes it easy to remind people when appointments come due. It's nice to have reminders sent out at appropriate times instead of having to remember them myself or relying on my assistant to do so. At this time there isn't anything in particular that I dislike about ionlife. There may be some things that I haven't discovered yet but if you use everything offered, you will find no problems. If

It's great to be able to see what you have sent them! I had an issue earlier in the year where my sister was having some problems at work. She couldn't get through her phone line for several days so she could not receive any texts from me or anyone else who might try calling (her job). I love being able to see my appointments in one place! It makes it so easy for me to keep track of everything throughout the week. The ability to send out reminders has also been great. Sometimes when I get an appointment reminder through email or text message, sometimes I don't receive it until after the doctor's office closes which means I have to go back during business hours just to find out what time we're supposed to be there. I love how easy it was to upload my own pictures (my doctor gave me an old phone so there wasn't much room). The best part about this app for us has been contacting our families who are in different parts of Canada or out-of country!
