Two editions. First, the holes in the bracket are too small! Second, the two wheel stud holes are misaligned! Even if the holes were the right size, it still wouldn't fit. Very poor quality control!

Works as advertised. Definitely the essentials in terms of design and finishes. I recommend going to your local hardware store and buying wing nut bolts so if you need to access replacement parts on the go you don't have to bring tools with you. I thought the manufacturer thought about it.

I had the license plate bracket on my jeep for 8 months before it ripped out of the air. - Yes, that's right, the bracket (metal) broke off while holding the license plate, isn't that a joke? See photos! To make matters worse, the seller refuses to exchange it and claims a lousy 90-day warranty. - In short, spend your money on a reliable license plate holder. It's literally garbage!

My jeep has 35 inch wheels and the spare is mounted on the tailgate with an extension so close the door without hitting the tire of the bumper. If you have the same method, you will need to mount the bracket upside down using the bottom two expansion bolts. This doesn't actually change the orientation of the plate in the center of the tire.
