Couldn't be cheaper

My wife wanted one of these. I read a lot of reviews and for the first time in my life I decided to save money because none of the reviews raved about spinners, even expensive ones. This thing is very flimsy, but we've thrown in a lot of homegrown lettuce so far and it's held up great. It's not that big, which is great because it fits in a desk drawer, but big enough to handle a salad for 4. It's lightweight, easy to clean and does what it's supposed to do.

IKEA TOKIG napkin holder - easy to use and clean

This salad bowl is small, if someone uses it to store salad too, you'll only get a small salad for 3-3 people. I like the size because it fits easily in my dishwasher for cleaning and in a pantry. I only use the spoon to clean lettuce, fresh oregano, and other leafy greens. I store in a larger container. One of the worst products I have ever used

I wasn't expecting anything special just wanted to remove excess water from salads so I can make salads for the next few days and keep them in the fridge . First, the design of this product doesn't allow for excess water to be removed, as the plastic strainer sits right on top of the bowl that catches the water, so the lettuce is always raw at the bottom. The knob is incredibly difficult to turn and I'm a pretty strong guy. If you turn it too hard, it will make grinding noises until the handle…

Does the job for kitchen and dining room

I've been using this salad spinner for about a year. It shows no major signs of wear, although it was only hand washed. I usually twist it hard enough to keep the spinner in place as the design is fairly lightweight. Lettuce usually needs to be cycled at least twice to remove water, but that seems normal with this type of salad spinner. A few good twists and a swipe of the clear plastic outer bowl keeps my leafy greens crisp for the 4-5 days it can take to eat them. I especially like that the…
