iKnow Church Review

I like that it is able to manage all different types of churches, including large and small ones. It has been helpful in managing our budget as well as keeping up-to-date information about members and their needs. The software can be updated fairly often, which helps keep things fresh for us! Sometimes we have trouble getting updates pushed out quickly enough if there are errors. When something goes wrong iKnower always gets back to me right away and fixes what's broken within 24 hours or less.

I like that it is easy to use, has many useful features, and is very intuitive. It also allows you to create custom fields for each user profile which is great for data collection! There's not much about this software I dislike. I wish there were more options for customization of the interface. I like that it is very user friendly, easy for new users (and even older ones) to use, has many different options so you can do much from one screen! It's not free but there are plenty of other programs out their as well which offer more things than this program does. Make sure u check them all though before purchasing because some of those others have better reviews/features then what IknowChurch offers. I like that it is easy for me, as an administrator in my local congregation of over 500 members, to keep all our financial records organized so we can easily see where money comes from what source (iPads are great!). It also makes keeping track of attendance at services very quick! I love that everything is organized in such an easy-to-use system, it makes managing people very efficient! It's also great for recording attendance--which I use every week at my church--and keeping track of who has paid versus unpaid tithes/offerings.
