I like that it is able to manage all different types of churches, including large and small ones. It has been helpful in managing our budget as well as keeping up-to-date information about members and their needs. The software can be updated fairly often, which helps keep things fresh for us! Sometimes we have trouble getting updates pushed out quickly enough if there are errors. When something goes wrong iKnower always gets back to me right away and fixes what's broken within 24 hours or less. They offer excellent customer service and they're quick at responding when you do contact them via email (you don't need to call them). We use this program every week during services (we've even used it outside of services--for example, for weddings!). This allows us to track attendance throughout the week, allowing us to give personalized messages to those who haven't attended yet.
