Great product for templates

I bought this product to make some templates for my scapebooking. It's durable, cuts well, and is fairly transparent. My templates turned out so well I'm making a set for my girlfriend and she loves them!

Great Stencil Material

I used this to make a stencil which I use to paint "wallpaper" on an accent wall. It's durable and perfect for this project. I had to change the settings on my Cricut machine to cut the material because it's so thick.

Exactly what I was looking for

I ordered these mylar sheets in hopes of making my own airbrush stencils and they worked great. I modified an electric soldering iron to be used to cut these 7.5 mil thick sheets. If you plan to cut with a hobby knife I recommend a thinner mil sheet metal, 4-6 mil is easy to hand cut.

Makes great stencils

7.5 mil worked great in my Cricut research machine. I had to cut out some templates of my own design. I used a deep blade and body (black) with a regular grip mat. I set the material to "Plastic/Transparency" and the print to "More". I cut several stencils, each requiring only one pass. Arrived great. I'm so happy.
