Imperial Distributors Review

I like that Imperial has a great reward program, and that the employees are extremely friendly. The schedule and hours of work are not flexible. Sometimes it takes too long to clock in or out. I really dislike the fact that there are only two bathrooms. It is not a comfortable place to work if you have to go to the bathroom. Also, the area itself is not very clean. It is also not easy to get to. The benefits are not very good. Also, I do not like that they pay so little. They do not help you…

I like how fast they pay once my check clears, no waiting around for weeks before getting paid! They have been very good about keeping me up to date on what products are coming off their shelves at any given time so that we don't run out when our customers need us most during busy times. The only thing wrong was there were some items (like eggs) that had not yet arrived into inventory but should be available soon. I had no problems at all when applying for jobs through this site, they were quick to respond back which was great! The pay rate that came after being hired seemed low but it's because we are new employees so not much money yet anyway. It would be nice if there where more positions available than only cashier/stocker since sometimes those aren't enough hours or days off per week depending on your schedule. I have been with this company for about 10 years and have never had an issue. They are very professional and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that your needs are met. If there is anything at all wrong or missing, they will work hard to get it fixed right away. The best part is that if you do not like their services, they will be happy to give you another company to use. No issues here!
