My first experience with aluminum pans. My rice is perfect. Very happy with the different sizes in this set. Easy to clean and I appreciate its light weight, especially when using/filling the largest size. I bought a pair of silicone Lodge handles (for cast iron skillets) after accidentally touching hot handles the first time.

This is my favorite brand of cooking calderos and I was very happy to get them having recently lost my set which I have had for years during a recent move but when I got mine Package opened I was very disappointed that both the large and medium calderos were defective, the lids on both did not close fully making them totally useless for cooking my rice.
