I'm a tool lover so the brushless motor, durable cord and rocker switches are my favorites. I think it helps to warm it up for a few seconds before putting it away to prolong its lifespan, so the cool switch lock is a great feature. I've seen a lot of people write reviews about this dryer saying it doesn't heat up. It's going to get hot, but be aware that the "cool air" button isn't the "press and hold" for the cool air button. I'm only keeping it because it's the nicest hair dryer I've ever seen! The heat won't burn you like the professional hair dryer I like (I have both). The controls are ideally positioned for turning on and off while drying. The only downside is that the cord is too short (6ft).
