Description of ๐Ÿš— Infinity Automotive PR6510CS Primus Component System

Patented Plus One Polypropylene Woofers - Polypropylene cones with up to 35% more radiating cone area than other cones in the same class provide higher sensitivity, increased low frequency output and better tonal balance. Edge-Driven Tweeters - Edge-driven tweeters deliver wider dispersion and smoother high frequency response with increased power handling for high- and mid-frequencies. True 4 Ohm Architecture - True 4 ohm architecture with low impedance voice coils give the amplifier room to deliver peak power providing stronger and clearer sound with better depth and detail. Infinity speakers have to undergo a testing process that would destroy lesser speakers. Infinity freezes them, bakes them, shakes them, blasts them with ultraviolet light and drives them at full power for days at a time. Voicing of Speakers - Speakers are individually voiced to assure high quality audio versus โ€œoff-the-shelfโ€ manufactured sound. This means that specifications as well as speaker characteristics are considered when tuning the Infinity sound.

Excellent loudspeakers in car electronics

Excellent loudspeakers, build them in the front doors, they suck. Great highs from the tweeters and great mids from the woofers. Infinity makes a great product

Pros
  • The best in their niche
Cons
  • weak

Crisp and clear sound but no bass

Excellent soundstage and clarity. I think the bass is lacking. Although my application was a little different than the usual one. I used them at 45 watts RMS per channel.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Good but not great

The speakers and tweeters are amazing. However, crossovers are not suitable.

Real speakers and tweeters are amazing. You sound great. And they are incredibly valuable. They appear to be very well made and will last a long time. However, crossovers are nonsense. They are sending too many frequencies to the woofer and not the tweeter. I bought another Revain crossover and it worked great. That's why my rating of the speakers is so good.

Pros
  • Great product
Cons
  • Damaged

You sound great. Loud and clear. Without distortion.

I put these sisters in a 2010 Honda Insight. Very easy to install. They sound loud and clear. Excellent quality. But they lack the bass. The stock speakers sounded muffled, but there was more bass. If you're someone who doesn't mind the lack of bass or plan on adding subwoofers. These are great speakers. Make sure you put some spongy tape around the metal rim of the speaker to make sure it doesn't rattle. The tweeters sound very clear, the quality is excellent.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Unthinking

Budget square component!

These speakers are great for the price. I installed them in an Acura TL with a factory radio. The speakers are very weak without an additional amplifier, but they still sound great! I muted the entire panel and around the speaker to ensure an airtight fit and the clarity is fantastic, now I can hear my music! They are listed on the Harman website as 2.7 ohm speakers, which are fine for factory radios to achieve the maximum dB per watt. But the list here says 4. But rest assured they're 2.7 andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • So far so good

Thoroughly impressed.

I've had them installed on my 2018 Kia Soul 1 Million Edition for just over a month and I'm just amazed. I have an aftermarket speaker amp and your mileage may vary if needed. Over the years I have owned many different brands of speakers from Kicker, Kenwood, Memphis etc. These are by far the clearest sounding speakers and well worth the money. Some might complain about the lack of bass, but it shouldn't. The components are not designed for bass. They have a subwoofer for bass and bass. I amโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Durable finish

Sounds great, best in car audio

I installed these speakers on my 2014 Ford Focus hatchback. The reason I chose this particular model is that it operates at a low but safe 3 ohms. This means it pulls more power from the factory amp to boost volume, which the Sony 10's factory speaker system lacked. Volume is a lot better with them. The picture shows the installation of the door. Installation took a long time but wasn't difficult. Some installation guides I've found online talk about reusing the stock speaker enclosure byโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Handy stuff
Cons
  • I'll write later

The tweeters are too loud, extra detail is needed to get a smooth sound.

I gave these 3 stars because they were unacceptably harsh at high frequencies, but I've fixed that and they sound great IF you're willing to work a little, see below. The speakers look good and the tweeters look great in my Wrangler JKU pods. Tweeters and speakers are all well adjusted. I didn't use a woofer adapter bracket, I screwed it directly into the plastic. The included brackets are junk and have holes all over them that need to be covered with 1/2 inch caulk at the top and bottom to get

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Hard to say
