Infosphere always seems ready and willing

I like how easy it was to set up an account for my business with infospice! Our team has been using this software since we moved our office over two years ago now but they constantly update their product so that makes me feel pretty secure about them being able continue providing excellent service after some time goes by too!! There are many features in one location which helps us be more efficient when having multiple people working at any given moment - especially if there's another person…

Pros
  • The customer support is very friendly
  • They offer great prices compared other companies out here.
  • It seems reliable/safe enough as far i've seen..I have no personal experience yet though, just what others say online :)
Cons
  • So much stuff you can do within each program..it gets hard sometimes trying find specific things because everything looks similar

Very helpful and user friendly even as non computer minded engineer like myself haha

The best thing about infosecure to me was that it provides an excellent way of monitoring my employees activities in real time so I am always aware what they are doing at any given point during their day! It also helps when handling complaints or customer issues because its easy for them too see who has been working with which customers etc - this makes reporting much easier than having multiple spreadsheets open up each week!! Nothing really but i think people should try out different software

  • No IT expertise required just download, install & go !!!! (although you may need some help getting started)
Cons
  • Doesnt work well where we have mobile devices
  • Not suitable as our own client tool
