I don't know what it is but it's not IR. It also doesn't have "honeycombs" like in the picture; he is smooth. Carried him into a dark room, equipped his RNVGs and hit him with the Illuminator. This is a very basic product. It is Velcro, and in Multicam...does exactly what you would expect it to. The Multi-camera also conforms to the official brand designs, I don't know if that's official stuff but it fits in. I didn't give a full five stars in the categories as I haven't had a chance to test its durability and it really isn't one It's a well known brand so I don't know if the price is justified for a cheap brand, but that's probably about average for patches.
