Definitely recommend

We really like the strength and reliability of these racks. As you can see we took 3 kayaks and were very pleased cruising the freeway at 70mph. They weren't shaking or moving at all.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged

Good value for money, buy the best kayak restraint straps

Very easy to install, the main downside is that they are very noisy when driving on the road. I bought two of these, they look great on my truck. The other downside is the straps that come with it, so they aren't snug. Every time I stop on a trip to New York I have to tighten them.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Some issues

Reliable, durable and easy to fit

They were so easy to fit to my car that I've found it a lot easier to carry my kayaks than trying to put them in the car. The Inno brand itself has many different car shelves , but they are also universal. I can throw my surfboard and longboard on them and they are as safe as a kayak! Big fan of this product

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Only available in white

Great kayak holder

Much better than ropes and elastic cords on the roof. The mount is easy to use and strong (a bit heavy). The instructions are clear. Attaches to your car's factory trunk or Thule/Yakima trunk. About 15 minutes for installation, foldable when not in use. Holds two regular kayaks or one surfboard. I was comfortable driving at off-highway speeds. I can't say anything about driving fast. You may need a stand. Overall better than Thule/Yakima.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Not all fit

comfortable and easy to use

We love to kayak but we are afraid to take it with us. Until we have a place to stow away on the beach, we have to tie the kayaks to the roof of the minibus. This simple mount seemed like the perfect solution. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It took 15? minutes to install on the roof. This rack holds two kayaks. The rack has moving parts that fold up when not in use, keeping the kayak in place in an upright position. It feels pretty solid and I had no slip at 30-50 mph. I'm notโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Updates

Carried a kayak but was a bit awkward

We only used this carrier for one kayak but it's a two seater so heavier and longer than a single seater. - My husband installed the roof rack on his Subaru Outback with no problem but it took about an hour. - The kayak moved well but had to work hard to take care of all the stabilizing/mounting points as the kayak is mostly on one side on the stand - A couple of screws almost touching the roof and hatch glass which caused a lot of concern , as the weight of the kayak increases. We could hearโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
