Updated product: Manifolds and parts

I can confirm the product has been updated based on other feedback about mismatched thread sizes, it looks like the company has resolved the issue and updated the product. I have yet to check the sensor readings which will be updated as soon as possible.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Expensive

Wrong size thread is good for exhaust and emissions

This item is clearly described as a 12mm to 18mm adapter but the one I received has a 1/2-20NF thread. The nut screws into either a 12mm 1.25 or 1/2-20NF thread, but the adapter is large enough not to cut into the exhaust manifold. Also, it appears to be a quality product, there is simply no quality control by the shipping department.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Update available

Good quality but will not work with a Bosch sensor for Dynojet systems.

Bought to try and not modify my manifold with a new 18mm O2 sensor port that is welded in. No problem as the Dynojet Auto Tune AT-200 transducer comes with a Bosch transducer that does not fit this adapter. It's too long. Shame it seems very good quality and well finished in every way and comes with a copper washer, nut to tighten at right angles and all.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Good solution for 18mm to 12mm O2 sensor

I bought this to use an 18mm wide range O2 sensor which now has my 12mm -Narrow band O2 sensor is mounted. Since I only use the wideband sensor to collect AFR data during tuning, I didn't bother to adapt my exhaust to the 18mm thread size. This provides a solution and seems accurate enough for what I'm doing. Unlike other reviewers, my threading matches the 12mm exhaust plugs perfectly.

Pros
  • Great for small houses
Cons
  • Damaged

It operates on DynoJet wideband frequencies. If expanded.

As previously mentioned, it will not fit the Bosch sensor used with DynoJet WBO2 kits. However, it also didn't match the sensor used with my PLX kit. The problem is not in the depth, but in the too narrow diameter of the hole after the thread. I used a 5/8" drill bit with a power drill and continued to drill it out. Now my sensors fit with no problem. This shouldn't pose a problem and I hope Innovate fixes this oversight soon. I actually contacted Innovate after seeing the Having read reviews…

Pros
  • Exhaust and Emissions
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Beware of installation problems.

The plug adapter is great for adapting the standard 12mm x 1.25 pitch O2 sensor plug found on many motorcycles to be compatible with the innovative O2 sensor. The response time on the gauge was a little behind other sensors I've worked with that are in the direct exhaust stream, but it helps keep throttle position a few seconds longer. One problem is that the adapter's 12mm thread is under-trimmed. Crashed into the factory plugs on the pipes of my Triumph. The 12 mm screw and the standard 12 mm

  • Replacement Parts

  • None

Worked for me without any problems

After reading the reviews, I was a bit skeptical about buying this part, but thought that in the worst case I could drill senecio from the inside, since one review suggested buying an 18 wide Dynojet -Sensor mm o2 - matching band. However, as this customer mentioned, the company must have updated the design to fit as I had no issues and did not have to modify (drill) the inside to make the O2 sensor fit. That was great. I have a 2017 Ninja 650 with a full Akra system so I needed the Power…
