Even I could install it

Single mum, doesn't know much about cars. I had a new car and didn't even know that a filter needed replacing. Long story, I watched some videos of my particular car and within minutes I had a new one fitted. The old filter was disgusting! Always change the filter when buying a used car!

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Easy Filter Installation

Having previously thrown away another brand of cabin filter because it severely restricted airflow, I installed this one and it was perfect. What I really liked about this filter is that the sides were a bit sturdier than many filters, making it easier to install without "squeezing" it from pushing inwards.

Ideal for spares

Fits perfectly and looks very strong, much stronger than the original. (When I removed the original filter it felt like it was falling apart. Activated carbon is always a plus! It took me less than 5 minutes to take out the glove box, remove the old filter, clean the air and install the new one Glove box filter/replace 10/10 would buy again.

  • Absolutely Amazing!

Just do it! suitable for spares

I saw a video on Y-Tube showing a man changing this cabin air filter on my 2015 Kia Optima Turbo and I thought well its been a few years maybe is that's a good idea. About $10, what could hurt? It's very easy to do, it's in your glove box. Tools are not required. Open the little door and LOOK what I found there! HOLY SHIT! First, I think something lives in there, and second, I'm pretty sure my airflow will improve after it's removed. Run, don't walk, and replace that thing with your own mind.

Quality and price and easy installation

Very impressed with this filter. 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Limited and the dealer charged $70 for a replacement. Told me they had to remove the dashboard to put it on. What a blatant lie. Cleaning the glove box takes longer than installing an air filter. This second time it took 5 minutes. Google your car on YouTube and install a cabin air filter to see how it's done. Last time I used a different brand filter and this activated carbon filter is cheaper and much heavier in quality. It was also…

Good Value for Filter

I've driven 60,000 miles in a Chevy Equinox that still had the first factory filter installed. I didn't realize how easy it was to install a new cabin air filter until I looked up Tik Tok and provided it to Revain, a quick search told me the exact size I needed for my make, model and year of car had determined. This new filter fits perfectly and is a more powerful filter than the original filter. The photo shows the original dirty filter on the bottom, which was originally pure white. I will…

Amazing improvement over the factory installed

What impressed me the most was the odor elimination. This was my first cabin filter change and what a difference! Call it intrusive or whatever you want, but when I'm in heavy traffic or behind another vehicle at a bus stop, I turn the ventilation on to forced air to keep out as much pollution and odor as possible. With my factory filter, diesel cars, burning leaves, and anything that produced strong odors still passed quite a bit. Not anymore - with the same recycling attitude nothing came out

It seems to be a good filter

First of all the filter fits perfectly, it fits well and tightly. In fact, the filter weighs 3-4 times more than a standard air filter. This means it likely contains a fairly significant amount of charcoal. Hopefully the charcoal will improve the air quality in my car, especially during the summer fire season when smoke is prevalent in the air. Activated carbon/activated carbon filters neutralize VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds). Activated carbon/activated carbon filters are used for water…

As good as they say

Repeat customer on multiple vehicles. The Scot in me strives for the highest quality-to-price ratio (QPR). I used to use [the most obvious competitor or if not obvious the one with the hand and hammer] and wasn't dissatisfied. Then. This company let me down by refusing to offer a model that matched my car at the time. Crap! So, a new round of exhaustive and exhaustive analysis to the point of paralysis and. I tried Spearhead. That was a few years ago; never heard of them before. charcoal? Check
