Very good value for money with 4 sensors

I like having several welding helmets available to have. The first thing IMO needs is four sensors. I mainly weld TIG, which is much more sensitive due to the low starting current compared to auto darkening. Most welding helmets with four sensors cost over $125. I saw this one for under 90's and thought I'd take a chance. I'm very glad I did this. He is very responsive. I like the idea that the controls are on the outside of the helmet. It also has a good grinding mode. I don't have to take it…

Pros
  • Solar powered welding helmet with 4 arc sensors with auto darkening filter and the largest field of view in its class at 3.94" x 3.86"
Cons
  • Something different

Огромный видовой экран - it is great. The controls aren't that great. The headgear is flimsy and often falls apart when I use it, and won't lock in the "up" position until the friction knobs are turned enough that I can't get them all the way down. Forget flipping it over with a simple nod. I thought it would be really cool to finally be able to adjust the TIG helmet for blackout, sensitivity and delay for different jobs and conditions. Turns out all the tiny adjustment knobs and slider can…

Pros
  • Широкий диапазон регулировки затемнения от № 5 до № 13 с оттенком покоя № 4 и молниеносное время переключения от светлого к темному, 1/30 000 секунды
Cons
  • Шнур короче, чем у других медиаторов

Great helmet, great features, huge screen at a good price.

I am new to welding and had serious problems with the old school helmets we used at school. I did a lot of research and the Instapark helmet topped many reviews for its price. It seemed to have many of the features of more expensive helmets at a better price. When it first arrived I was impressed by its weight, it's very light. It came with its own carrying case and a couple of extra protective lenses. The instructions were clear and well written, and the multi-band headband was perfectly…

Pros
  • Revolutionary new design with convenient external controls and adjustment of dark state, sensitivity and delay without removing helmet
Cons
  • boring packaging

Controls tiny thin headgear

The huge screen is great. The controls aren't that great.
