In modern realities, I consider the remote control a relic of the past, in fact, this device does not need it, despite the abundance of all kinds of different buttons on it, they are not on the panel, but all these functions are still available from the panel. I've been using it for like two years now. I'm happy with the sound, and even more so with the functionality. Design especially. His appearance was the impetus to change iMac to PC, because. there was no extra thing on the table, and…

Pros
  • + connects to everything (from vinyl to iPhone, and not only through a blue tooth, but also through a wire) + own good DAC on board + support for APTX Bluetooth of any format + headroom is excellent for a moderately sized speaker + quite functional, you can even adjust the sound through the menu + Separately, I note a fairly powerful headphone output. They do not explicitly indicate in the instructions in the performance characteristics what power is at the ear output socket. They only write "Level / impedance of the preamplifier output 1 V / 470 ohms". If they bring it to the headphone jack, then this confirms my feeling about a good power reserve, because. the volume is not less, if not more, than my separate ear amp (it claims 1700 mW at 16 ohms, 1500 mW at 32 ohms, 150 mW at 300 ohms), which is very good in the market and in my experience. + the design is strict and fits a lot of things + outputs to TWO sets of speakers (two stereo pairs), each stereo pair is turned off by a separate button on the panel + you can adjust the volume level in the menu when you turn it on (an endless knob without a scale), then you don’t have to twist it every time (I adjust it from the keyboard in Windows, and the amp is set to one volume) + for placebo lovers there is support (Hz) 44.1k, 48k, 88.2k, 96k, 176.4k, 192k, 384k (16 bit, 24 bit and 32 bit) via usb
Cons
  • - Shutdown either by daily clicking a powerful large mechanical button, or from the remote control. - the use of electro-mechanical relays, they make loud sounds when switching modes or turning on the amplifier - not solid)) And by the way, I noticed that the appearance of problems (lack of sound at the output) is directly related to relays. Those. you will hear either not turning on or turning off suddenly. Below I will describe the main problem in stability and its solution. But there were a couple of times even without using the DAC, when I heard a relay click and the sound disappeared. Let's say, in two years a couple of times, and immediately returned to its place when I turned off the amp - forgivably against the background of omnivorousness, functionality and a fairly reasonable price for all these benefits. - headphone output 3.5 jack, not solid. And it adds inconvenience that the sound of the speakers cannot be turned off when the jack is plugged in, i. E. if you plugged in the headphones, wanting to listen only in them, without sound from the speakers, you also need to press a button on the panel / remote control (or two, if a second pair of speakers or a subwoofer is connected) speakers. In general, this is all nonsense, but it is worth noting. This solution has a plus: when you compare the sound of the headphones by plugging into different connectors, the sound from the speakers will not break out when the jack is pulled out, thus the residual memory of the sound (in your head) will not be distorted by the sudden appearance of a completely different nature of the sound, because speakers always sound different.

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

But all these shortcomings and nit-picking overlap with a good sound. I grumbled so much . I really like the sound! A digital hi-res player S. M.S. L DP5 was connected to the amplifier via analog RCA tulips. Review about him on his page in the market. They are very pleased!

Pros
  • The sound is great! Full of all sorts of inputs, handing digital. True, the built-in DAC decodes no more than 24 bit / 44.1 kHz. I play on modest PolkAudio RTI A3 and AC8851 of Alexandrov project Convenient remote. 2 speaker outputs
Cons
  • - Simple appearance. - Antediluvian LCD screen. -Non-motorized volume knob - wish it had an LED marker and rotated. - I refused to play 24/98 high cuts from the Fiio x3ii player via coax. Plays a maximum of 24bit/44.1kHz. - The relay constantly clicks loudly when switching inputs. - Out of the box came with the old firmware. It is inconvenient to flash the firmware via a DB9 RS232 direct cable with a utility with a y-modem protocol. Where to find the RS232 DB9 cable now will still need to be considered. - And yet, the inscriptions next to the input selection buttons cannot be disassembled more than a meter from it. But it's a handy remote. - Yes, and I do not like the headphone jack for a small jack! The amplifier should be only with an output for a large jack !

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I don’t understand why many people are wary of these Rotels, it’s quite a decent sound. After the budget Denon received a noticeable increase in sound, the same "air", purity, transparency appeared. The scene became three-dimensional, the sound came off the speakers, there was more volume. The tone controls are now in the neutral position, I finally heard clean and natural high frequencies, now I can even distinguish the sound of iron, for example "Zildjian" from "Paiste". The amplifier plays…

Pros
  • Sound, appearance
Cons
  • Heat

Great product, best quality.

Not my first amp. I approached the choice slowly, listened to many competitors from Nad, Marantz, Cambridge and Arcam, in the range up to 120 thousand. Something that plays about the same, is much more expensive. I listen to almost all genres except metal and punk rock. Speakers Bowers & Wilkins 606. For the money, it's a great amp. Pros: - Sounds more expensive than it's worth. Crystal clear, the sound is filled with air, there is a texture. Completely draws the scene and arranges instruments…

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

No wonder the younger model, namely the Rotel A11, received EISA in 2022 as the best budget amplifier! In terms of the combination of qualities and characteristics in this price category, there is simply no equal! Work with B&W 607 S2. I mainly listen to dsd from a computer, as well as from a smartphone via bluetooth aptx. Plans to attach a vinyl player. I am very pleased with the presence of a decent phono stage for MM heads.

Pros
  • Great sound! There is no equal in this price category.
Cons
  • No

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

The sound is exactly the way it was recorded. Reveals the advantages and disadvantages of the phonogram. Good recordings sound impressive, I'm not afraid of this word. Works with dali opticon 5, bi-wiring connection. The link is very detailed, you can hear the nuances even at low volume, but harsh. The bass isn't too deep, but it's fast, provided it's on the record, and it's mostly a matter of speaker and room selection. Power 60 W. on the real channel, not on paper. Easy to check. The power…

Pros
  • High quality, detailed sound. True passport characteristics. I recommend to not too big acoustics with soft feed and high sensitivity.
Cons
  • Not managed via mobile app. Requires warming up for at least 2 months.

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

I have been looking for a decent device for transmitting high-quality sound from mobile devices to speakers for a long time. I output the sound to the speakers: Output A - Bowers & Wilkins 683 Output B - Yamaha NS-BP111 (in the kitchen)

Pros
  • Much better sound quality than Denon. Excellent bluetooth - the playback quality is much better than through bluetooth adapters. Compact, stylish.
Cons
  • It gets very hot, so I put it on top of the rest of the equipment.
