The perfect product for any user!

Legend of 2022! i5 2500K ! The Most Legendary Stone In The History Of Intel! Yuzayu in Overclocking 4.5 Ghz! flying normal Solder Steers! not like on new stones thermo snot! another year is enough for 3-4! think :) the temperature is striking cold! stone! Intel really made suitable stones in those years, but now they are cooking up anything ! After Sandy Bridge, the processors stopped developing! this stone is already 7 years old!

Pros
  • Legend of 2022! i5 2500K ! After Sandy Bridge, the processors stopped developing!
Cons
  • they just don't exist!

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

I have been working since March 2022. During this time, I never loaded it 100%, there was no need. Recently, it has become bad to give off heat. I changed the thermal paste to a new, good one, smeared it with a thin layer, installed a more powerful cooler than my own. As a result, in a closed case in a table at maximum load it heats up to 76°C, at a maximum operating temperature of 72.6°C. At the same time, the radiator itself is barely warm, almost cold. I believe that under the cover of the…

Pros
  • Very powerful.
Cons
  • It became bad to give heat.

Very pleased with this purchase, will recommend it to everyone!

i5-2500k. I am writing from 2022. Overclocked to 4.4 GHz. You can overclock even up to 4.7 GHz (hello to modern processors!) but then the cooler should be noisy and the voltage of 1.4 is already dangerous. Can play immediately 2 1080p60 without friezes. In tests in the overclocked state, it is not inferior to the i5-9400F in terms of performance per core ! And only in 2022 did Intel stir and lazily start adding cores to their mainstream processors.

Pros
  • Relevant in 2022 Accelerates like an airplane
Cons
  • They are not here!

The purchase brought only positive emotions.

The most successful processor from the Core i5 line. Thanks to the unlocked multiplier, it easily overclocks to 4.7 GHz. at the same time, there is an almost proportional increase in productivity. We can conclude that the processor has a good potential for future use, because. there is a performance margin, unlike processors without an unlocked multiplier.

Pros
  • 1. Significant overclocking potential. 2. High computing performance. 3. Reliability.
Cons
  • 1. Maximum overclocking 103 Mhz. 2. Fairly high price

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

Some argue that this percent is energy efficient, it heats up a little - they say that's why the price is higher than usual. I cite my experiment as an example: on a regular Core i5-2320 3.0 GHz 95 watts (in idle mode it can also reduce the multiplier to 16), I installed Intel's proprietary cooler that comes with a 65 watt processor, reduced the frequency to 2.5 GHz in bios and loaded it with a test utility up to 100 percent within 15 minutes. The temperature of the processor with such a weak…

Pros
  • Intel Core i5-2400S Conventional processor
Cons
  • The most significant drawback is the inflated price due to Intel marketing. Value for money - poor

I took 2500k, the rest are already much more expensive, but I am completely satisfied with this. The auto-overclocking function built into the motherboard of TPU felts, EPU felts gives it from time to time strained up to 4.5 GHz. I didn’t even overclock, such frequencies are still behind the eyes. It has now been 10 months. Nothing has changed in a negative direction. APD: A year later, I give the process 5 with +. Intel released the evie bridge, but it's not much better! If they offer to…

Pros
  • High frequency Overclocking multiplier (per unit multiplier 100 MHz) Cold No legs (harder to damage)
Cons
  • Well I didn't find

Excellent product, the best quality.

Since I am involved in editing, editing and archiving all sorts of multimedia files, I needed a good stone. In general, I assembled the entire system unit and gave preference to this particular processor - Core i5 2500k. I have been using it for a month and a half and am more than satisfied - it seems that Intel took into account all my activities on hardware in advance and adapted the processor for such operations that require more power. In this regard, the Core i5 has received all kinds of…

Pros
  • The most important thing is the cold, and since it is there, then overclock the processor and spit it out. (I personally overclocked it to 4.5 Ghz and with such indicators my seventh Winda just flies))) The processor has an integrated graphics card. If you put a second video card, it will be just super. And, of course, the value for money. In my opinion - the best processor among the processors of the Intel campaign. And the i7 line was created for people who have nowhere to put their money, and you overpay for something that is not in the i5 2500k In all aspects, the processor is excellent. My rating on a five-point scale is 5+
Cons
  • It's a sin to complain about such a wonderful stone)

Revainrating 4 out of 5

It was a reasonable purchase, I will order more.

I took the processor with the expectation of overclocking. Now the processor is running at 4.4 GHz. Temperatures under 100% load of all cores (LinX) do not exceed ~73 degrees. I tried to take 4.8 GHz - I took it, but I did not test it for a long time, because the temperatures went beyond ~ 83 under load. In principle, if you put a good cooler or water - you can drive further. The truth of the need (for me personally) is not. The frequency of 4.2 GHz is enough for the eyes.

Pros
  • Excellent overclocking potential. I think that everyone who purchased a processor with the "K" index set himself such a goal.
Cons
  • Price in 2022. The crooks specifically inflated prices because of the "K" index. Abroad, the difference in price between 2500 and 2500K is not so noticeable.

I like the product very much, fully consistent with my expectations.

On a budget motherboard with a truncated power converter (Z68 Pro3 Gen3), with a strain on the drain, I brought the frequency to 4.5GHz. Works perfectly, without errors, the temperature practically did not rise. Before that, if on the Q9650 (overclocked to 4MHz) transcoding video with maximum quality settings, say from HD to DVD, took 4-5 hours, now it takes about 25 minutes! Apparently Lucid Virtu technology is bearing fruit here. aida64 has tests on processors and memory with statistics on…

Pros
  • 1) Price/performance 2) Unlocked multiplier 3) Cold 4) Embedded video
Cons
  • None.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

I changed the platform from AM2 + to S1155. Initially, I generally wanted an i3-2120, but then extra finances turned up and I decided to take it with the K index. I must say I took it with a margin, but drove a couple of times up to 4.2 - 4.4 GHz, returned to the standard frequencies. The idle temperature is about 36-38 degrees, I sin on thermal paste, I did not polish the lid. In the stress test, it does not rise above 44-46 at all. Now 80% operates at a frequency of 1.6 GHz and this is…

Pros
  • Price-quality ratio. High frequency. Embedded video. Low heat dissipation.
Cons
  • Not found.

A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.

I bought a boxed version with an Intel cooler in the kit (on which thermal paste is applied, running into the front I’ll immediately say that it must be washed immediately and put it ONLY on normal thermal paste), at the beginning I couldn’t understand anything, the temperatures went off scale even without overclocking, but under overclocking you can it was 90 degrees away on tests. Bought a simple Coolermaster for 700, lowered the idle temperature to 50 degrees and under load a little more…

Pros
  • A fast processor with huge overclocking potential, with a standard cooler, can run at 4.5 GHz without any problems. With a simple tower cooler and a fan of only 8 cm, it worked at 4.6 GHz! As it turned out acceptable embedded video.
Cons
  • Perhaps only the price at the time of purchase, and even now it does not seem to have fallen much in price .

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent quality, absolutely not expected for such a price.

I took it primarily to perform mathematical calculations. I decided to check the performance not by synthetic tests, but in a real application. Wrote a program in one mathematical package. I drove it on different prots (with friends, at work and on this one). The program uses only 2 cores, so the number of cores does not matter in this case. Here's what I got: 34.4 sec. -Intel Core i5 2500K 4.4GHz 35.2 sec. -Intel Core i5 2500K 4.3GHz 37.1 sec. -Intel Core i5 2500K 4.2GHz 39 sec. -Intel…

Pros
  • 1. fast 2. consumes little energy (squeezed out 120W during overclocking) 3. overclocking potential. Mine overclocked to 4.4 GHz, at a core voltage of 1.31V, the temperature of the hottest core is max 76-78 degrees, which is normal (Hati cooler (TTC-NC15TZ/KU(RB))) 4. built-in graphics core, scores 4301 points in 3DMark06 (against 1578 for the GeForce 7300GT that I had) 5. Just a great processor, which still remains one of the best, even despite the fact that Ivy Bridge has already appeared

Everything about the product satisfied me, the price is perfect.

I received this percentage in 2022, I was lucky to buy it in my city for only 2022. Collected the second computer "for a summer residence". Play toys sometimes, mount in adobe prime. Modern toys paired with a video gtx 960 2gb go to medium-high, monitor 22nd 1920x1080. Installation in full shd no higher. And then with a serious editing with a bunch of animated transitions, the preview starts to slow down, but you can live. Ps. The percentage is ancient, of course, in fact, but I think at the…

Pros
  • Quite a workhorse for 2022 for those who want to more or less have a computer and play at a maximum of 1920x1080. Well, of course, you shouldn’t buy it new in the store, because the price is space for an ancient percentage.
Cons
  • Given the cost of buying, no.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great product, a pleasure to use.

Chases. Doesn't heat up. The performance is sufficient for the vast majority of desktop applications, such as full-hd video editing and "heavy" games. I bought for 6 thousand, the dollar doubled, but the price on the market is 14,500. So you didn't guess. I take this opportunity to salute the government for the successes in the economy and international politics!

Pros
  • It won't take long to upgrade. : 2022-2022 the flight is normal, there is no point in upgrading : Passive cooling of Zalman Cube is enough
Cons
  • No.

Perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

The first day I use this processor, before it there was a very successful Core2Duo E8500, which is still in price. The difference "by eye" during normal work (not games) is not very noticeable, but here again the point is that I switched to this processor not from a calculator. I began to test this device in games, video decoding (CUDA processors in the video card help here, but still), archiving / unarchiving and . You know? - I went nuts) The results are amazing. I am amazed at the…

Pros
  • 1. The highest performance, despite the fact that I have not even tried to overclock it yet, although I have read reviews where it is easily overclocked to 4.5-5 GHz even without raising the core voltage. 2. Best price! In this price range you won't find ANYTHING better than this. Better only i7, which, I think, is bought by those who have absolutely nowhere to put their money or those who are called "geeks", it will make little sense. 3. Excellent overclocking potential, which I mentioned a little above. 4. Only 41 degrees without load, 54 degrees after playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 for 2 hours. Cools back to 41 in 20 seconds!
Cons
  • After successful experiments on division by zero of this subject, no shortcomings were found =)

A really necessary purchase, glad I found this product.

I haven't upgraded my old PC to Core2 Duo E6600 (the very first generation of Core) for a long time. But with the release of this series, he nevertheless ated the system. And here I really got a sharp increase in performance (I can already load more than two cores and two gigabytes of memory in everyday use), a decrease in platform consumption. The lack of strong overclocking is a bit disappointing - a maximum of 3.7GHz when loading 4 cores. But after all, the speed at standard frequencies is…

Pros
  • In fact - the performance of the previous flagships and even higher for a lower price. And so this is the highest speed, very weak heating even under full load (not stressful, but real), low price. This is a new efficient architecture with full 4 cores.
Cons
  • Personally, for me there are no objective shortcomings.

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

After the Intel Pentium D631, the difference is very noticeable even in normal mode. I tried to load all 4 cores with video rendering. The effect is colossal. But there is a small purely formal but. The gain in performance is more due to multi-core. If you leave one core, it will be almost the same as my old one, and this is despite the clearly higher frequency of the processor and memory bus.

Pros
  • 4 cores - I have something to download them all. cold, which means you can overclock well.
Cons
  • and it is possible to have 2 cores on top? :)

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

I have an i5-2500k overclocked to 5000 MHz, reset to 4900 MHz for a constant and it works without problems. Yes, at prime95 it heats up to 88 degrees when working for an hour, but this is a test, in real life this will not happen. The voltage jumps up to 1.55W, but also not constantly. I have never seen such overclocking potential, it's just a monster. Mother - ASUS P8Z77-V many convenient things for overclocking, a stable power supply system Cooler - CoolerMaster . Memory Samsung 16GB 1333

Pros
  • There are many advantages, everything has already been described. The best percent for overclocking!
Cons
  • No

Reliable purchase, guaranteed to be a good one.

An unpleasant moment with a detected defect in motherboards with SATA 3 gb ports . threw the cables to SATS 6 Gb! I hope that all the same the situation is greatly inflated, although now the chance to throw off the maternik at an affordable price will not work . if you think about ating! The store said they would change only if the defect manifests itself! My config: ASRock P67 Pro3 / i5-2500 / Gainward GeForce GTX 460 SE / WD5001AALS / 2 x Hynix DDR3 1333 2Gb / ASUS DRW-24B3LT Black /…

Pros
  • Productive process. I use it for video encoding, photoshop. does it perfectly! I also don’t forget to gamble in modern toys . everything is fine, no complaints!
Cons
  • Unrevealed!

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

I wanted to build a computer. I was waiting for bulldozers on the AMD base, but it turned out to be not the best option for games, just the price dropped by 2500k, and the built-in graphite is important, I was told that it is weak and only pulls flash games, I haven’t bought a graphics card yet, I’m waiting for the release of budgets on a new technical process, so my I5, the video pulls quietly in the network WOT I play with min. fps settings 15-35. I put on the mother asus P8Z 68-vlx, a cooler

Pros
  • The built-in graphics core, 4 full-fledged cores, works stably in idle time of 25 degrees, there are no competitors in this price category yet.
Cons
  • In the configuration, the OEM, at least in a bag, was sealed for such an expensive piece of iron, it’s not solid to give a bare percent into hands, when assembling the computer, the bios did not start, it was a sin on the mother, after removing the cooler and the processor, the reassembly worked, so carefully insert the percent. expensive anyway.
