This item has just arrived and is in an OPEN BOX and you can clearly see that the thermal paste has been wiped off and this processor was previously installed. Revain customer service let me install it and I hope it is fully functional. Great value for money when the item was new but not so much with a used CPU. The serial numbers match the outer packaging. Not mentioning that the item is in an open box is totally unacceptable. Much luck!

Probably my favorite processor to date and I've had many over the years, it's fast, has lots of cores and easily handles my heavy workloads and games. I'm much more efficient than my peers at compiling code. I love it. Get it if the price is it. Full price I probably would have gotten something else as full price is too much for it.
