I like the ability to manage all of my account from one platform. It is very easy to use and has some great templates that can be used as well. I wish there was more customization available for the templates. There are also some bugs with the system that make it hard to keep up with everything. The customer support is great, they can give you all the tools you need to optimize for the online and offline world. And they're transparent in their work and pricing.
