Reliable product & excellent service

I like that Interred is constantly working to improve their solution. It's easy to add new features so we don't feel like we're locked in with them. Everything works well together - when I am producing assets for my digital campaigns, my team can make changes to our print and web assets at the same time with ease. I like the ability to manage all of my account from one platform. It is very easy to use and has some great templates that can be used as well. I wish there was more customization available for the templates. There are also some bugs with the system that make it hard to keep up with everything. It sometimes takes a few tries to get something done. But once you do, it makes things much easier. The main benefit is that we have everything in one place. We now don't have to go back and forth…

The customer support is great, they can give you all the tools you need to optimize for the online and offline world. And they're transparent in their work and pricing.
