A fuel line that does its job!

bought for my husband and it was just what he needed for his boat engine. The product was installed a few months ago and had no problems.

Mercury 20hp and up

Great for my 1969 Mercury 20hp outboard. I had to do a little research as there are two similar connections. This fits older Mercury 20HP outboard engines. and higher. The other is suitable for younger HP models.

Good product!: Sports & Fitness

This is a good fuel fitting. just be careful This is for a new school Mercury outboard. Not old 60's - 70's. My mistake, I just put it in my spares box. . I'm not sure if they specified what years it's suitable for, so I would downgrade to four stars for that reason alone. 🙂

No more leaks! - Boat Trailer Accessory

The elbow that came with the kit (shown in the picture) fits my Moeller tank's breather assembly perfectly and the design seems perfectly appropriate. They work a lot better than those stupid two-pin plastic plugs everyone uses these days; I changed mine and haven't had a leak since.

Not for smaller outboards

For larger Mercury engines, not for older smaller engines. So, I have a 1971 Mercury 40 that is described as going with it as Mercury is said to have switched to a larger fuel grade. disable at this time. Well, the description is wrong. I also checked with Mercury after the fact and they still used the smaller decoupler in many engines under 10hp up until the 70's. It's in the parts basket in case I need it for a big engine.
