I have collected many things and something is wrong with this product. Maybe the missing part. The instructions are totally inadequate so I don't know why the parts don't fit together. Paying for what it's worth only to find it useless is very disgusting.

iPrimio litter box delivery very well packaged; Protection of the product from possible damage during transport. The illustrations, detailed instructions for assembly and use were helpful and much appreciated. The product is durable and well made. I like scooping from a vertical position!

Comfortable grip. Easy to sift. Garbage slides off the shovel. Difficult to maneuver in a large tray with an open top and high sides. The shovel is very big. But I prefer this to others I've tried. I have 6 cats so I have tried many different products over the years. The handle fits well in the hand. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and when it flares up it really hurts to hold the typical toilet scoop. This design helps me take care of my kittens even on my bad days.

I bought this for my 73 year old mother. She cannot bend down to clean the tray. I thought it would be great for her. difficult conditions. Metal. The problem is. The hinge that pulls it apart is plastic, and it broke when she shoveled out wet, dried debris. I couldn't find anything comparable that my mother could easily use. But I am not entirely dissuaded from buying this product. If you buy one, just watch out for joint weakness.

I'm still recovering from leg surgery, this was extremely helpful. I saw a few reviews that said their shovel broke on the handle (something like that). Mine fell apart shortly after putting it together. Yes, the instructions were flimsy, but you may need to move the two bars further apart. I think that's why mine fell apart. After pushing the head of the screw further into the groove and re-tightening the compression fitting, I had no problems. 5 stars from me.

This scoop helped me a lot when cleaning up kitty litter after my back surgery. It is well made, robust and the flat design allows meticulous work. It's also easy to grip and keep clean after each use. My only wish is that I could buy a smaller version. It's a bit difficult for me to empty the contents into a garbage bag without spilling it on the floor. A smaller shovel size (same length handle) would also likely make it lighter, which might be better for some people. But it wasn't too hard…

This item was bought because I had back surgery and of course I couldn't bend well for 3 months and almost couldn't for the first month. I also bought an electric tray but ended up using this shovel as well. I would NEVER go back to another scoop. what was i thinking What did you think you were doing? This disgusting, smelly job has gone down in history. No flex, better leverage, gets the job done quickly. I don't recommend back surgery to everyone, but hey, sometimes there's more than one…

This shovel changed my life. Not only does it save me from squats, it also means I don't have to inhale cat litter dust anymore. It's so fast and comfortable, I can't believe I've struggled with small buckets my entire life. I'm 5ft 6in and I can put my hand on the handle while standing upright. I bend in the waist slightly when I use it, but it works so quickly I hardly notice it. This scoop has wider slots, and the scoop itself is so big that I don't see the accumulation of clods that used to
