🔧 Irwin Industrial Tools 80181 60 Piece: Ultimate Toolkit for Precision and Efficiency Review

Very good set of numbered drill bits when you need to make precise or critical holes to specification. Irwin is a decent name and the drill bit sizes are exactly as advertised, which was important for my application. The only problem I see is that the smaller drills aren't numbered so it's easy to mix them up if you drop the set and they slip.

Very nice case with clear easy to read number embossing on the pins, the bits are great for a variety of uses. metals. I have been using an Irwin pitch drill bit set in my metal shop for a long time, the drill bits stay sharp and accurate for a long time. I was just looking around to notice all of the Irwin products in my store, they were all well made and durable.

I bought a cheap set here a few weeks ago but had to return it due to very poor quality. I then ordered this Irwin set and have now checked them with a micrometer and they are fine. Not perfect, but good. They're twice the price of a cheap set, but well worth it. Unfortunately, while the body is made in the USA, the bits are from Brazil. They would be a good DIY kit and worth buying.
