Description of Enhance Your Water Quality with the ISpring 3 Stage Filtration 20 Inch Sediment System

Protect Your Family and Household Appliance from Sediment, Chlorine, and More: Say goodbye to smelly, bad tasting water! Our system removes up to 99% of chlorine from water as well as up to 95% of sediment, rust, pesticides, herbicides, industrial solvents, VOCs, and various other contaminants. This system is installed at the main water supply line in order to treat all the water in your home. DIY Installation and Maintenance: Refer to our manual and our helpful YouTube videos for easy DIY installation. With 1” NPT inlet / outlet and 20” x 4.5” filter cartridges, the system has minimum impact on water flow (up to 15 GPM) and requires minimum maintenance. Top-Notch Quality: The first stage high capacity polypropylene sediment filter is able to achieve filtration down to 5 microns. The second and third stage CTO Carbon Block filters are made of high quality coconut shell carbon for maximum filtration efficiency and filter life. Both are tested by an independent third-party to meet NSF/ANSI standards. The system has a capacity of 100,000 gallons of water, enough to supply a family of four with clean water for a full year. Peace of Mind Customer Service: Register online to activate your extended manufacturer warranty and life-time free tech support from U.S. local support team. We stand behind our products and if you encounter any problems with any of our products please reach out to us immediately. We are happy to help!. Please Note: Unlike an RO system, this system will NOT reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), and instead keeps healthy minerals in your water. If you are interested in a filter that removes TDS, consider our iSpring Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems. The cartridges are individually wrapped to ensure freshness. Please unwrap the cartridges before use.

Good system, the company supports their product

Good system. The filters have maintained a constant flow since they were installed in April. I didn't notice a drop in water pressure. The company also endorses its product; We had a leak in the original unit and they sent another filtration system for free with free return shipping of the defective unit. They paid for the installation. Terrific!

Works well, happy with the quality of the filtered water

In general I am satisfied with the filter system. I installed it in combination with a 50 micron pre-filter and an iSpring UV Sterilizer. I dug a well that could potentially pollute surface water and I am very comfortable drinking tap water. I installed the filter directly into the intake which is a terrible idea. iSpring says you can do it, but it does it so close you can't get the filter key on it. In addition, when the filter is turned down, the thread is very short and it is difficult to…

Great product, easy to install resulting in great water quality!

Great filter! Really important. We have city water, it stinks, contains a lot of chlorine and is generally very bad. After installation, the water quality has completely changed. He doesn't smell. It doesn't irritate your skin. It no longer leaves these limescale deposits. This is really drinking, really drinking good quality water. We still use a reverse osmosis filter under the sink for drinking water (with alkaline mineralization, of course). The only minor downside to this product is that…

PLEASE DO NOT BUY!

Updated 10/27/20 Please do not purchase this product. Or ANY iSpring PRODUCT! This company did NOT make all the connectors to US standards. That means it doesn't shrink! Standard teflon wrap 3 times. You will need 20 cloths and plumbing for this item. It is unsafe and does not meet US standards. Customer service is NOT good. They don't answer calls, have problems with their phones, and bribe anyone who writes reviews. I had 2 PRO plumbers and they both said to come back because despite the…

Great investment for your home!

Excellent product. There is a very noticeable difference in water quality from drinking to showering to washing clothes and dishes. The product is big, so make sure you have enough space to place it. I added a shutoff valve to the water line before the filter, added a regulator (our pressure was 150psi! Filter range 40-90psi. I adjusted mine to 65psi), installed a water level gauge right after the regulator, installed a bypass for that system (just in case), then another pressure gauge to…

Amazing for high quality water and children with eczema.

Our son was born with eczema and it got worse with age. After a while he started crying while bathing. (Our doctor told us to bathe daily to keep him hydrated). It became a challenge for both him and us. The rash got worse and all we could think about was the smell and discoloration of faucets from the city water supply (like chlorine and red-orange discoloration in our new white bathtub). After doing a lot of research, we decided iSpring was within our budget and worth trying. We bought a…

If you are using city water, please read my review before purchasing.

My water is 146 ppm prior to installation. The unit PPM usually describes the concentration of something in water. One ppm is equal to 1 milligram of something per liter of water (mg/L). Distilled water has 0 ppm. The lower your ppm the better. Less than 100 ppm is considered good for drinking and cooking. City water in the US is typically less than 300 ppm. You can measure ppm with a ppm meter, which is around $10 at Revain. So I followed the reviews and bit the bullet hoping this would lower…

Outstanding customer service makes this a premium product

For over a year we have had a 3 stage whole house water filter, an electronic descaler and tankless reverse osmosis systems. The systems worked flawlessly and greatly improved the quality, smell and taste of our water. We bought this product after carefully researching several brands. A phone call and excellent customer service made the final decision. I didn't mention the name of the person who helped me on my first call (apologies to the nice young and knowledgeable man whose name I didn't…

You'll notice the difference - read

The doctor suggested doing a water test as a last resort when trying to find the cause of chronic pneumonia. We sent a sample to the Environmental Protection Agency (DEP) to test the well water. The microbiologist called us and told us NOT to drink or even bathe in it. We had a big problem with water. We later found out that a neighboring farmer had switched from spraying wet manure to liquid manure and this got into our well. We spoke to another farmer who runs a dairy farm. He said dairy…

Good Whole House Water Filtration System

Good product and filters Philadelphia water adequately. My wife says her hair felt better after washing. I've also noticed that my hair falls out less when I shower. Updated on Friday July 6, 2018 (1 month of use). Updated Tuesday, July 10, 2018 (added hair comments). Installation: 1. Since I was installing this in a basement against a stone wall, I made a frame out of 2" x 4" lumber that I attached to the stone wall. I have learned that using a 1" copper spigot from a plumbing store is not a…
