I like how easy it was for me to use, as well as my coworkers who were also using this software. It's very intuitive! The only thing i dislike about issman is when we have an email notification set up in our inbox, sometimes those emails are not read immediately or at all. This has happened more than once, so i would recommend checking if notifications are being received and processed before purchasing this product. I like how easy it was for me as an office manager, when we had some problems in our building while working there! It really helped us find where things were wrong very fast so no one got hurt or anything bad happened because of this software!!
