Works great. Just charge it before connecting it to the camera (put it in direct sunlight for a few hours) and plug it in. My cameras are now always fully charged and I rarely have to touch them, except maybe in the winter. Time. Game changer as I don't like climbing stairs to change batteries.

This product is not easy to install with very poor quality screws. Basically all of the screw heads were snapped off during installation so I hoped I never had to remove them after installation. Now after 6 months of use it no longer charges my camera. I have this thing hanging on my wall that I have no idea how to remove - it has become a permanent part of the house in a very awkward way.

This device comes with a flat U-bracket for an installation without flexibility. If it had a rotating mount to reposition the bar, maybe it could charge better? But this panel can't even charge its own battery, let alone charge arlo well. Not recommended. It was a waste of money. Unless I was unlucky and got two defective units (replaced the first one as it didn't charge well).

Compared with other solar panels for wireless security cameras, this one offers more power 7.5W compared to others 2-5W. The right angle connector and long white cables are great for my application. The white cable is less noticeable in my setup, the Arlo USB camera adapter cover is easy to remove, and the USB connector fits my Eufy Cam 2k pro perfectly. So far this article is draining my camera's battery instead of charging it. I installed the solar panel and waited a few days before connecting it to my Arlo. I charged the camera to 100% last night before connecting the solar panel. This morning I wake up with a camera battery reading 54%. The battery does not drain as quickly during weeks of normal use when not connected to another source and during some events. I'll wait a few more days and then come back here with the results. My main gripe is the U-shaped bracket. It s cheap! The two side screws that attach to the solar panel are small and easy to remove! To easily install the U-shaped horseshoe mount, it's best to unscrew the solar panel from it, BUT you risk loosening those two screws. If you do not remove the solar panel from the U-bolt, it will be more difficult to drill the U-bolt into the mounting surface.
