Bought two solar powered Arlo Pro 2 cameras that always had enough light. These panels are designed to power the battery, which then powers the camera. However, I've had several instances where the PSU wasn't supplying enough power, or not at all. I was planning to return the panels and cameras myself. Would NOT buy again.

I have several ARLO cameras. When plugging in the solar chargers, they didn't charge my cameras for the first two weeks or so. I have contacted ARLO support and as these are not official ARLO solar chargers they will not help! Not sure what happened but after I plugged in and left on my own they started charging. A month later they work.

The only negative I can say is that the first set of solar panels I received didn't work properly, one charged and the other didn't work, the second set, the one i got got both worked fine so you may run into this problem, if not fine then fine. But for the power of the solar panels, they keep my cameras fully charged. I'm a happy customer

My Arlo Pro cameras don't detect the solar panel charging, but I don't care. They work great and keep my cameras at 100% battery. I've only had them for a few months, but they're already outperforming the brand's Arlo panels. I have two branded devices that have failed and one has damaged the camera so it cannot be used with the panel. Also destroy an Arlo Battery with the Arlo Panel. These plates work!

I have two Arlo Pro 2 that I have had to charge every 2-3 weeks because they were in high activity areas. I received an official Arlo solar charger, but due to the limited sunlight entering the area, they were unable to charge it. However, these chargers increase the power. If the chargers get 1 hour of good light, they increase the charge of the camera by 25%, which is enough for 4-5 days. So this is the setup that will work.

I followed the instructions on the packaging. I left the panels on and in the sun for two days and connected them to my Arlo Pro cameras. At the time of their connection, all my cameras were fully charged. I then checked the battery performance of all the cameras on a daily basis. Two with attached solar panels will discharge at the same rate as one running on battery only. I asked to speak to the seller through the Revain helpline but they didn't answer my call so I called them back.

Pretty easy to install if you follow the instructions. The connector that goes into the camera is very tight, so be careful not to force it or you'll break the connection in the camera like I did. Also, the solar panel has an internal battery that first charges and then charges the camera battery. I installed 2 of these on 2 different cameras with batteries below 40%. Both were fully charged within 24 hours or 8 hours of sunlight. Camera activity zones work while the camera battery is charging,

I got tired of changing Arlo Pro batteries, so I went with solar. I bought them because they were cheaper than the Arlo brand. I was hesitant due to the mixed reviews but decided to try them instead. I charge them in full sun for two days before installation according to the minimum instructions.
