Terrible Support- Poorly designed Reporting Product

It easy to understand how to use and it allows me to build many custom reports. I like everything about it once you get the hang of building reports which takes some time. The customer support is terrible since they don't offer any training and seem like they want to just have you sign up for a monthly subscription and walk away when you try to do anything with their products. After several months, we've realized that this software is not only unreliable but also expensive. We've had over 15…

Very good product, excellent customer support

This software is very easy to use and does not have too many options that can confuse you. It helps me see all my data at once so I am able to quickly make sure everything looks correct. The only thing i dislike about this program is when it freezes up for no reason. Please do yourself a favor and try using this software. You will be glad you did! We're solving problems we didn't know existed by creating better visibility into our business processes. It's a great tool to manage our service desk

  • Simple yet powerful product which enables users without IT experience or knowledge how they work in their office environment easily managing issues/tickets within minutes instead having hours worth waiting around doing nothing productive but just wasting your precious resources money /time
