It's something I've always needed, but never knew existed!

Much better than what you see in big hardware stores. I had it with this style and the small screw on the bumper that doesn't stay in place. So many holes in the wall from the doorknob that all I needed was a bumper to keep the door from hitting the wall and not sliding. This is something I've always needed, but never knew existed! I had to add an extra screw to the unused area to really make it secure, but once the bumper was in place it wouldn't budge! Great product!

Very good doorstop but I plan on changing it every few years or so.

This is a great product to protect my front door from damage to the woodwork surrounding the door. I use mine to keep my front door from hitting the archway leading into my house. Without this stop I would have damaged the wood paneling on the inside of the door arch. Only four stars because I have to replace the two I use on my front door every 2 years because the rubber is getting brittle and needs replacing. It would be nice if every few years you could only replace the rubber stops and not…

Fits 45 degree doors

This is the best doorstop I could find to keep my bathroom door from banging against the new shower glass we installed. Note that the maximum angle is about 100 degrees. So if the door needs to open 180 degrees (e.g. open fully against a wall) it won't work at all. This still puts some pressure on the hinge, but not as much as other door pins. I highly recommend putting one on each hinge and at least two per door, even on hollow doors. However, you need to pay attention to how hard you push the
