The sound quality is fantastic. I had 5 or 6 different headsets.

I live on 5 acres and I can walk around with this thing when I'm on the phone, the range is phenomenal! The sound quality is fantastic. I've had 5 or 6 different headsets over the years and this is the first that I have no complaints about. The mute feature is good too, as it will beep from time to time to let you know if it's active and toggle on and off instantly when you press it. It has a curved shape so you can find it without looking at it.

Pros
  • Great Price
Cons
  • Will be added later

Great headset but TOO LOUD

I have no idea why this thing can only be cranked down to 10,000 decibels, but the annoying delayed music will have you throwing this thing across the room in about 20 seconds . There's just NO REASON they should let you turn the sound off until you can barely hear it. Here? The ONLY solution is to take that thing off your head and put it on the table. Trust me, you STILL can hear music or conversations perfectly. The only problem is trying to get it back in your head before the person you lost

  • Comfortable

This is one of the best and cheapest wireless headset

This is one of the best and cheapest wireless headset. If you work in a call center and wait for incoming calls, you might miss the whisper as it turns off when not in use to save battery. I once worked 12 hours of overtime at a call center and the battery wasn't even dead! I charged it during my lunch breaks and 15 minute breaks. It was so easy to set up and work with the software my company uses called Avaya. The head and ear did not hurt like some do.

Crystal clear sound and long range

I am pleased with this purchase as I work from home and have been to meetings I have attended. The clarity of the sound, which I understand, is excellent and allows me to have my hands free move around the house and make tea / breakfast, I will listen to my colleagues. Just make sure your phone matches the Jabra you need. My phone is a Cortelco and although I have an RJ9 adapter there is no Jabra integration that allows me to answer or hang up calls from my specific phone. So before you buy…

Need an extra part to work with my phone

Info Jabra says it's compatible with the AT&T 983 phone which has a phone jack that I can plug my wired headset into. But the PRO 920 can't connect to that phone jack, so I have to replace the handset with the PRO 9920 base station. This means I have to put on the headset when the phone rings to answer. This is unsatisfactory. After speaking to Jabra customer service I was told to order a separate cable that goes from the jack on the phone to the PRO 920 base. If I hadn't spoken to Jabra…

Great headphones! fits headsets

I purchased this as part of testing several headsets for use in our small call centre. Unfortunately, contrary to another review, this is NOT 100% compatible with the Grandstream 2160 or other Grandstream phones. The headset part works fine but the switch doesn't work and there's no way to get it to work. That means if you're sitting at your desk and don't mind pressing the button on your headset AND your phone to answer or hang up the call, you're fine. But it just doesn't support remote reply

  • Impressive

  • boring packaging

Excellent phone accessory headset

I bought this headset just after sending it home in March due to Covid. At that time I was working as a call center operator, so I was on the phone almost constantly for more than 8 hours a day. Being literally tied to the phone drove me insane and I couldn't even count the number of times I tripped over the headset cord. This wireless headset was a real find. It took me less than 10 minutes to set it up and it's been working great ever since. It has great sound quality, convenient volume and…

Without switch

Excellent quality for a telephone headset. I'm used to a wired connection but thought I'd live a bit if my company moves to another voip. Along with it came the VVX501 desk phone and I was looking for compatibility as an add-on. According to the phone's instructions, only two brands are supported: Jabra and another brand. I chose this headset because of the good reviews and the price. Received and connected promptly. Nothing. You'll have to dig a little deeper, and this phone needs a…
