Bought this leash for my golden retriever when I take him for walks. 10 feet is such a long length; It gives your dog enough freedom without sacrificing safety or being too long to be easy to handle. I still like this leash, no complaints! Very important!

Perfect for teaching my dog to keep a longer distance. I don't think I'll ever use it as a regular leash as it's bulky for a walk unless I'm going to play mom. The leash is also very flimsy and I don't know how well it will hold up over time.

I have a 15 foot retractable leash but because my dog pulls every time he sees dogs and squirrels my hand hurts and I'm afraid that he will break it. The leash is very strong and thick. The clip is very big so if you have a big dog it will be fine. My dog is 30 pounds and the leash gives us a good length for walks.

Love the long length and the handle sewn in at the end. Was inexpensive. Beautiful hairpins at the ends. Our friend's dog chewed it through within the first ten minutes of putting it on, but it was easy to sew back on and has held up well with our dogs ever since.

Very strong leader, NOT cheap. I think this is the perfect leash. I have a 10 foot version for my standard poodle that uses the 5 foot poodle I originally used. 10 feet on that leash gave him more freedom and really helped with the pull. These extra feet give him the freedom to be more mobile and not worry about moving too fast or slow or stopping to sniff.

Although I give a rating for all the features I give it 3 stars because of the price. This is your classic spare leash that your dog will chew through in a few weeks (or a whole day). However, you also need this leash for a young pup (rather than ruining a more expensive leash after a few weeks. This is a training leash that can be used as a homemade bread leash.
