Great Time Tracking Solution For Small Business

I like that it’s easy to use, has an intuitive interface, makes scheduling and tracking so much easier than paper time sheets (which can get lost or misplaced). The user portal could take some improvement in terms of design and layout/font choices for ease of navigation when using an iPad/iPhone app. There are also a lot of different modules within this system which really does make things pretty flexible if there's something you need not included or don't want enabled by default such as…

Great Experience With New Horizons EPP

I like that it's easy to use, has an intuitive interface with many features at your fingertips! It can be intimidating if you are not familiar w/ using this type of program but once used its very user friendly!! The support team responds quickly when needed as well. I like that it has an app available to use with my phone, which makes scheduling easier than having paper copies of schedules everywhere! It's easy enough so anyone can learn how to navigate through without training required (which would be nice). The customer service could improve - they've been very responsive but not always able or willing/able in time when needed by me as their client.
