I bought a stove last week and have already cooked a few camping meals on it. This review is my first impression of the oven. I swapped out bulkier camping gear for something more hiking oriented and REI highly recommended it. This is my first camping stove and I love it! It is compact, easy to use, cooks easily with other utensils and saves fuel. All accessories fit well and you don't need to buy Jetboil brand fuel. We bought a can of Coleman fuel from Walmart which worked great, was cheaper and we've used it for 7+ hikes. The weak point of this stove is the burner flame ignition system which has a tiny wire that jumps a spark around the gas in the fire to ignite. This tiny wire can fail if bent in the wrong place. It is at the base of the burner. And it is very easy to accidentally bend it. If and when it bends, the spark doesn't combine with the gas to create a flame.
