Description of Jetech 16 Inch 6 Point Heat Treated Molybdenum

Cr-Mo ALLOY STEEL - Cr-Mo deep impact socket features with added strength, higher working temperatures and corrosion resistance. It's much stronger to stand greater impact force than chrome vanadium ones. COLD FORGING & HEAT TREATMENT - Cold forging and heat treatment greatly improve the performance of the socket with enhanced hardness, increased wear-resistance and lifespan. EXTRA DEPTH - Provide more space to accommodate longer bolts and wider applications to facilitate your work. RADIUS CORNER DESIGN - The lifespan of both the fastener and socket will be greatly prolonged with the force distributed to the inwall. BLACK PHOSPHATING - A fine and dense coating brings more corrosion and wear resistance for longtime use.

Good quality power sockets - hard to read size markings

I bought a 1-1/8 and 1-3/16 Jetech impact socket for a 1/2" drive Jetech low impact socket. Haven't used them yet but they seem good quality and comparable to the HFT Being pro series The imprint is small and hard to see (see photo) I took a white marker pen and drew a recessed mark then wiped off the excess I can see the size markings better now.

Pros
  • COLD FORMING AND HEAT TREATMENT - Cold forming and heat treatment greatly improve the performance of the sockets and increase their hardness, wear resistance and service life.
Cons
  • Exorbitant price
