Appearance of decent quality cable. Only the long use of a cable determines its quality and value. Since it replaces the broken cable that came with my phone, it will wear out over time. They look high quality and have a strain relief at the connector ends. Seriously. Used this to replace an Apple cable for an older iPad that had the typical fraying on the ends of the connectors. When I received this cable I was surprised to find that it was actually slightly thicker than Apple's and that the insulation seemed to be poor. Better quality. The end plugs fit perfectly with the device and the adapter itself and have never caused any problems.
