I can't get the right size handle for the rear trailer

All handles fit except for the replacement trailer. This is the wrong size. I'm disappointed. I reported this to Revain, they said they would inform the manufacturer. But no one sent me the right size handle for my replacement tag.

Worst thing I've ever bought from Revain

These grip rings are not supported at all. In other words, you put them on and they don't snap or stay in place. If you use them normally, they will fall off and you will have to put them back. No instructions and nothing but three white stripes. It's too late to return them, but I say again, this is a bad product, stay away from it.
