So I bought these for a loose trashcan drawer in my kitchen. The adhesives work well and magnetic strength is solid but DON'T TRUST THE SCREWS! As you can see from my photo, I got about 3/4 in and the screw broke in half. Crap hardware but otherwise, a successful purchase.

Like the product, just what I needed. Bought for the adhesive properties. Did not hold. Within days I had to crazy glue the magnets to the doors & shelves. 1-10-23' I just upgraded from 3 to 4 stars. Difficult to peel off tape cover. The directions say to open doors after 12 hours. I did that but the magnet pulled the adhesive off the cabinets.

The magnets are very strong but I really wanted the adhesive so I wouldn't have to use the screws. The adhesive doesn't hold up so now I'll have to use screws.

This is a great product and a good idea for my kitchen cabinets. However, the adhesion tape that comes with the package does not adhere very well. It came off in one week. I took the 2nd option and used the screws it came with to ensure they stay in place. Upon hand screwing the screws they broke before I even got halfway into the wood cabinet. The strength of the magnet is good for the size. The adhesive is strong as well. The only and most important issue is that the screws are junk. When the first one broke a I screwed it in by hand, I decided to predrill the holes. This did not help and the screws still twisted into 2. USE YOUR OWN SCREWS

The magnets are strong and work. Just don't use the adhesive, use the screws instead cause the adhesive is just poor quality. If you aren't planning on screwing something in then I'd recommend you get another brand. But it does what its supposed to do other than that tiny hiccup.

The magnets work great, but the heads snapped off of five screws just using a screwdriver. Ended up running to the local hardware store for better ones. Can’t say anything bad at all about the latches though. Work perfectly.

I had purchased these magnets in the past and was so impressed by the strength of both the magnet and the adhesion. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. I used the magnets with the purpose of keeping a cabinet closed but they did not work as needed. The adhesive was useless and the magnet strength was much weaker than the previous purchases. I am totally satisfied with these magnets. I installed them a year ago using the enclosed screws to secure cabinet doors and drawers, and they still work perfectly like day one. Just the right pull for a kitchen drawer and cabinet. I am about to make a repeat purchase for more cabinet doors. The tape won't hold long if the cabinet is opened frequently, so use the screws. If you follow the instructions, and with a little pre-planning, they are easy to install.

But for a significant number, the magnet was too strong—it kept on coming off from the door. We really had to "fight” with a number of these just to get them to eventually work for us.

Several of the cabinet doors in our kitchen did not completely close on their own. Most were about 1/4" open, not enough to notice really, but nevertheless a minor problem. Super easy to install with adhesive tape.No drilling required which is great since we are renting and needed a way for the cabinets to stay closed.

These works fine. But note that the supplied adhesive strips don't hold. You have to screw these items into place. That's okay . screws are stronger and longer-lasting, so all is well.But note that it's tricky to align one piece on the cabinet base with the other piece on the door.
