But works. suitable for oil drain

Advantages: Affordable price. Good for lift. Small enough to be taken to a recycling center with ease. Cons: No instructions included. The tube consists of 2 sections that are attached with a bolt, washer and nut. Looks good, but oil is leaking from the tube where the screw attaches. I don't mean it's leaking, it's LEAKING. I haven't had to empty it yet, but that looks like dirty work.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons

If you want professional tools, this article is not for you.

This item is overpriced, should be half the advertised price in my opinion. The first that survived was damaged, the lower pipes were bent, and the hopper was missing a strainer. The packaging and product looked like a return. Cheap construction but does the job, the bottom spout is difficult to adjust when the tank is empty and emptying the tank is messy.

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons
  • Available in white only

For this reason, you should avoid

You can tell when a company is proud of their product and when it's junk just to make a buck. The latter applies in this case. Although there are no assembly instructions included it seems quite easy although I suspect I received the wrong part (see photo). The upper part of the upper tube attaches to the funnel with screws, and the lower part enters the socket of the lower tube. I have a feeling they should be attached with the included bolt and nut, although this would require drilling…

Pros
  • . Great for me
Cons
  • Damaged

Leaks under the wheels. Factory installed screws will go through.

Out of the box it looks like a great oil separator/oil sump. It has some very nice features including a built in capped spout and a handy grip/tip when you drain the oil. BUT. After changing the oil on my diesel truck (16 quarts / 4 gallons, that's half the capacity of this sump), I pushed the sump aside to do other work. After a few hours I noticed oil in four places under the latch. On closer inspection, it was found on each of the factory-bolted rollers that the bolts had completely…

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Some nuances

Not bad, maybe a bit cheap, no instructions

Oil drain. The packaging was fine. You will receive a hopper, a base with casters already attached, a ribbon tie around the filler neck, 2 metal tubes and a small package of hardware. I didn't know how to align the metal tubes. One is inserted into the other and the way the holes are in each tube I assumed I had to bolt them together with the bolt, washer and nut provided. This puts the screw right in the oil drain path, but I think that's intentional. The funnel is then inserted into one end…

Pros
  • Solid finish
Cons
  • Nothing here
