💦 Johnson 32503: High-Performance Cartridge Bilge Pump 500 GPH for Superior Water Removal Review

The product worked like clockwork and does the job. I had a previous Johnson pump that was plugged into my boat and it fitted the previous bolt holes perfectly. Easy to install and arrived on time.

I replaced an old Johnson Fishwell pump. The cartridge fits into the old case so I didn't have to loosen any screws or add new screws. Very happy with the pump. I have used other brands of pumps over the years and they are very similar.

I replaced the stock pump with this part. Installation was hampered only by the location, but other than that, everything was pretty easy. This new pump has detachable hose nipples which makes life a lot easier as the original pump had the hose attached to a fixed nipple. This pump runs quieter/smoother than the one it replaced.

Bought this pump to fill existing wells on a pontoon boat. This boat originally had a 750 gallon per hour pump. Decided to save some money and fill the fountain more slowly. No, hardly a trickle, this pump is not enough to simply pump water. It took 15 minutes to fill the 8 gallon lure well.

This engine cartridge is very easy to install, especially if you already have one on your boat. Simply unscrew the pump from the housing and install a new one, making two power connections. That's all. Took me about 20 minutes including threading the wires through my boat which was the hardest part.

Didn't get five starts because we had to make an adapter to fit our boat. On the other hand, it works great. We have a leak somewhere in our 40 year old 16 foot lund, I don't know where, but the bilge pump solves the problem and allows us to fish safely. Over the winter the leak is found but for now we feel perfectly safe with a Johnson bilge pump on our boat. It cleans the boat in about a minute

I bought these to replace my shower drain pump. I bought it because of the easy cleaning of the impeller. But it doesn't pump well uphill. I did about 3 feet uphill with a 3/4" hose and this little pump just can't do it. At first I thought there was something in the hose. I blew it both ways with a water hose and it was clean.
