Used this to turn on the switch in my Lance camper. Worked great, just pulled out the old switch and put this in just right.

It took a minute to pull out the old switch and insert the new one to figure out that the wiring to the light would work . All is well.

Bought this switch along with a few other customers for RV use. Sometimes I left the outside lights on at night. The switch was an exact replacement for my original non-illuminated switch, so it fits my mount perfectly. Worked like clockwork the first time.

Ordered 2 to replace the standard JR brown water pump switches in my Tiffin so I know when the pump is on especially when none are there is water in the tank. the counter in Tiffin is in a bad place. It's easy to press and turn on and you don't hear the pump inside. The switch worked to turn the pump on and off, but neither of them would light up when on.

Excellent switch. It works like a champ, when it's powered on it lights up a red glow. I hope this lasts long. It seems to be built pretty solid. I can wholeheartedly recommend this switch. The instructions are pretty good, but I have some experience with electrics. Perfect for the water heater circuit on our Airstream. We use it to indicate when the water heater is on. That's how it should be from the factory. That's a good switch. Thanks to Amazon for these parts. Thanks very much!

Nice switch, looks the same as the hardware switch I got. Be aware though that the little schematic on the box is wrong - it didn't work, when I hooked it up like this the power and ground were reversed! On my old switch, the ground pin was a different color (brass or aluminum). It turns out this one does too! So ground goes to one brass lug, load to the middle (aluminum) and source/power to the other (aluminum). I hope this saves someone the 30 minutes of hassle I went through :)

These work great but note that they have three tabs not two as shown in the picture. Your old unlit switch has two. Current goes through the switch. But the third protrusion is for grounding so the switch will light up. It may or may not be easy. I don't have access to the inside of the wall on my RV. Other switches near the dimmers have a ground, so the plan is to use "PosiTap" and share that ground. Like everyone else, I might accidentally leave the outside lights on or turn on the water…
