I used it to hook up the manual glow plug controller on my 1983 Chevrolet C20 6.2L diesel. Yes, it's plastic, but it does the job. At first I used red but it was too distracting.

Had to buy my ignition relay in my 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche which is dash mounted near the steering column, change the wiring to the fuse box starter relay pins, I just turn the key to Start and then press this button runs every time. It's plastic but looks and works well, I'm glad I bought it.

Beautiful bright blue colour. I was using this as the start button for my 2012 Dodge Ram 3500 when its WIN module failed. Watch a youtube video that explains where to connect the cables. My photo isn't very clear, but you can see where the red wire connects to the starter relay on the right. The other red wire on the left goes to the 10 amp circuit breaker.

These beautiful switches can withstand even the tough conditions of large marine engines. Very simple, direct installation and operation as described. I bought 3 of these to rebuild the dash on my 1988 Trojan 10 meter. Very well resists the marine environment. The lights are even and bright enough to be seen in daylight but not so bright as to blind you at night.

Purchased to include a "push button start" on my 1990 diesel F250. It turned out great! Very happy with how it looks and how it works. I originally wired it to be on all the time but found the light to be quite bright at night so I reconfigured the wiring so it only lights up when pressed in "START ENGINE" mode becomes. Perfect fit for my application. Easy to install, looks like factory.

I was a bit upset that there were no instructions so I had to play a guessing game with the wiring until I got it right and it looks fantastic and works better than the other release button I had previously. If you want to know the wiring is 1 for the power supply, 2 for the accessory you are connecting the power to and 3 for the ground connection. My other start button had 4 pins which made it difficult to connect, but it was pretty easy if you got it right.

I purchased this item just under a month ago. I've put off writing a product review until now so I have time to test and use it properly. However, the product is as advertised. I've seen many complaints from others about the chrome bezel "vibrating". I have to tell you I have a really battered 2004 Nissan pickup with 4 firecrackers that can make milkshakes on my roads and I have NEVER had a problem with this issue. Easy upgrade for UTV. Perfect size to replace the ignition switch. Circuit diagram was not included. Here are the connections. #1: Source - positive DC connection. Output #2 is a momentary switch contact. Source #3 - Negative DC connection (optional for backlit button). Gives the product 5 stars except for one major issue. Product design issue that user should be aware of: The chrome trim ring is threaded for factory assembly. The decorative ring can be unscrewed both during and after assembly.
