Juiced Systems QuadHUB - Portable USB-C 4 Port Hub 🔌 – Dual USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 & Dual USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 Review

I am using 2 USB Type A ports on my MSI GF65 laptop to connect 2 additional USB portable monitors. A quadhub connected to one of the MSI GF65 Type-C ports gave me 2 additional USB Type-A ports and 2 USB Type-C ports. That works fine. The only improvement I would recommend is a longer cable for the Quadhub Type-C USB port. The 3.5 inch cable should be at least 8-10 inches long so as not to clutter up the space next to my laptop.

This is the best transfer rate of any drive I've tried. Backing up files from Western Digital external SSD to USB external hard drive is crazy. I get a transfer speed of 200 MB/s. I tried several USB-C hubs and only got a transfer speed of 35 MB/s. This is not a hub for connecting external monitors, nor is it advertised as such. I only use it to transfer large files between my drives at USB-C speeds.

I was looking for a 2-port USB-C hub for my Atem Mini Switch. The search wasn't easy, but this hub works great. This allows me to connect two external SSD drives to the mixer, which increases recording time. Definitely fits my needs as others haven't specified the number of USB-C ports. Recommend to anyone who has breath. Good build quality too!

I couldn't get this hub to work properly on my laptops. Thunderbolt 3 port The hub has a problem detecting the USB mouse receiver. The hub was also unable to see or recognize the USB 3.1 Gen 2 NVME SSD during boot. I ended up sending the hub back.

Plugs directly into computer USB-C port, unit works fine. Everything goes wrong when you connect it via an extension cord, and that's not the fault of this docking station. Not speed 3.2 as advertised. Not all ports work at the same time and occasional disconnects. I'll get USB 2.0 speed if I'm lucky after 3 months of use. I want to return this item.
